When I refer to the manual of BD HT and the unit's rear panel, ther's only 1 digital in optical which read as follows:
TV (DIGITAL IN OPTICAL)[COLOR=blue]. Does it mean that the connection is only for TV??
No. Any digital audio connection can be used using SPDIF. For instance, if your CD/MD player has optical input, you can plug it in there.

P/S: Do expensive cables (both coaxial & optical) differs in terms of output quality?

Only for connections longer than 10 meters. For under three (typical users don't need that long a cable) meters any digital audio cable will work. If it works, it works. The same is true for HDMI cables.

So no problem to connect to my PS3? The sound will come out from HT right?

Yes. I've seen optical cables that costs under RM15. So you only need to spend that much.

If you can provide a link to pix of how it looks like and how it's connected to the system, then maybe we can help. It's a lot of work to do otherwise.
