I tried. Using this brand of pellet since 2008. Bought American Pet Diner across the causeway. Never regret using them. My Gp love them to bits and both my mix rabbit love their hays and pellets as well.
I guess the problem with GP is they are kinda fussy eater. They will really go all out to pick their food. Hence the problem of yours happen. I once tried another brand of feed after APD ran out of stock in Singapore. my gp just dont fancy touching the pellet at all. Especially adult GP they are super duper fussy eater. Anything new, they will most likely to ignore them.
I will continue to use APD for my gps as long as they are happy and i am happy that i can get them in malaysia at cheaper price from the net now.
you may like McD but do not like Burger King or the other way round. Both are equally good.

Ya..I know..I didn't say American Pet Diner not good, in fact it is better quality than Hagen pellets, but just because my pets are fussy eater thats all. That's why I find it is a waste to throw it away, and I rather to give it to somebody else to try, may be their GPs would love it.

..i bought this gp at local breeder bro..he said he feed all his g.pig rabbit pellet n pellet kambing..he hve 300++..g.pig..
Those farm breeders, they mass breed production, kambing/rabbit pellets are cheap, so they could lower their selling cost, after all their breeding stocks not long live at the rate their GP keep reproduce, at most live till 2 years old already die, he didn't tell you only lah.
Well...you can continue feeding those kambing pellets if you like, but we would love to see your GP in 4 years time, we would love to hear from you that your GP is still alive and healthy.
For your information, my oldest GP is already 5 years+.
