me ,the adsl line droping after connection (continuous 1 ) ,already call tm and today they come fix it ,so far so good

my problem with crazy latency and extreme slowdown seems to be resolved for the past 2 days.

TM technician found that the port in the telco cabinet have some fault. changed to another port and this seems to resolve the problem.

will monitor until weekend and see whether it's resolved for good.

mine too.. the internet keep going on and off .. so frustrating!!

I check the snr margin and line attenuation is horrible... but now things are back to normal...

my internet always either uber slow or not moving at all around this time. really fedup. tmnet technician checked the port everything is fine. guess heavy downloader around my area at this time

WTH is WRONG with TM?

Every damn night, my connection gets cut by 2/3.

Always the same damn time and day.

me 2, even using my vpn

Ever since I changed my package to unipack last month, the only IP address assigned are 110.x.x.x and 115.x.x.x. The bad part of these IP range? FTP and DCC transfers are throttled to 20kb/s. Http protocol can get maximum speed of 99kb/s. Any solution other than VPN, complaining to MCMC or TM (caused i tried and doesnt work)?

shlt! i think i'm alone... i meet the same problem... start from 8pm the latency is high like hell..
from 16-20ms direct boost up to 100ms...

what the heck is the problem?

At least everyone is experiencing the same problem FTP still throttled up to 2 Mbps for 4 Mbps so fakap

haiz, write mail, phone or what also no use, someone need to burn their office down then maybe then they start getting worried. the officials just sit back also can earn money, a lot some more. only hear people shout and scream.. behind their soundproof windows.

My problem finally fixed!

complaint to TM, they will just ignore. Send mail, they will never reply. Complaint to CFM, never reply too. Make complaint to MCMC, send email to MCMC(cc TM) finally wanna solve my problem.

i just upgraded from 512 to 1mbps , but when i test with speedtestnet , the download test didnt move at all ,only ping result came out .. == ? then i use streamyxspeedtest , it shows less than 500kpbs .. :~~

maybe it's because somebody threaten to burn down their office....
