same problem here, night time latency from 15ms to 60-100ms f***ing delay sian sial!
report to TM, than after a week or month problem come again |

mine lagi power...
TM technician came and put TM service report in my letter box, saying customer CPE fault, mean my own equipment lar... but the problem is NO BODY AT HOME and he signature using the owner name in CUSTOMER VERIFICATION but i call in TM ask, the person said that the technician cakap xda orang kat rumah belive who than? |

i just call up to update my case, the way he talk like i own him, hey man, u don't call me for update of cause i call you... suxker! been report this case from january until now still like my fault, good i gonna bring this case to SKMM and direct voice his name out... HALF YEAR FOR TROUBLESHOOT AND INVESTIGATE FOR NOTHING! THE QUALITY OF TM STAFF |
