TM technician came and put TM service report in my letter box, saying customer CPE fault, mean my own equipment lar... but the problem is NO BODY AT HOME and he signature using the owner name in CUSTOMER VERIFICATION but i call in TM ask, the person said that the technician cakap xda orang kat rumah belive who than?

HALF YEAR FOR TROUBLESHOOT AND INVESTIGATE FOR NOTHING! THE QUALITY OF TM STAFF
