Peco+ easy to farm even if solo (just make sure you see the split beak for the chance to get wonderful beaks if unlucky all you get is strange beak), and Bra+ also easy to farm with poison bombs. And then GBaggi+ also easy to farm solo once you next next HR rank which since you use LS you can consider making I think? (Though it uses rare bird wyvern gem for helm)

After playing MFHU more and more, I feel one of the major flaws of MHTri is the lack of offline content.
Players jump to online mode without even finishing their offline quests. e.g. Lagi, Barioth, Caedues.

Without getting the feel of all the bosses available, they jump to G Rank and end up getting OHKOed with the lack of armor.
I made the same mistake of jumping to online too fast as well.


All I can say is, I'm not going to hold your hand and lead you through your quests - I expect as much as you as a skilled hunter to know what to do and how to fight in each situation.

Actually the same can be said of MH on PSP (e.g. MHFU) - if someone is lucky enough to have fellow hunters HELP on the online gathering hall quests, players can proceed to get much higher ranked armor and weapons which can help a lot when you play either the village elder offline quests.

I wouldn't say it is all bad... even if your fellow hunters are super skillz and kill the mob quick, you can still learn by watching.
Sometimes being online will help you enjoy the game more (and not make you rage quit the game for good) and then leave the offline for when you dont have time to go online (or for unfortunate times like when phone line is fried)

No worries Gaeryck. I'm listening to your advise. I'm on 4 star for offline di. I spend 1-2 hrs a day offline if possible. Dat leaves me wz bout 2 hrs for online if I sleep very late; which i've been doing recently. LOL.

There's pro and cons on the learning part actually. You learn to observe the movement with assistance online. But you get really intimate with the monsters offline. I used to hate barroth but have since taken him off my list coz I have now known that Barroth is like a bull n always charge in a straight line.

LOL True But I have that attitude of I'm relying on my teammates as much they're relying on me.
I've been having fun climbing the ladder - from the beginning and now soon to take on Tigrex.

I guess after playing MHTri & other similar hard games e.g. Demon's Souls, I have learn to appreciate its challenges.

my true skill is fainting. i've been brushing up on that a lot - both online and offline.

Speaking of which Think I want to venture to Arena... any takers?

Actually it can turn a bit while charging in rage mode

Things people can improve on:
1. nyx - stop helping others too much until you harm yourself
2. madmoz - calculate number of status shots needed to conserve for second time status
3. gaeryck - more super & triple pound combination
4. hiro - let others enjoy the game too, your SA kills this game for me

6. fearless - stop frenzy with LS
7. goku - more aggressive
8. YK - guard and roll more often
9. Sylvia -

Shiver. Paw paw oso can faint in arena. Vs peco We went in while waiting for the rest dat day. Both time oso pengsan. LOL.

Was dancing around him 2 days ago wz him trying to zero in on me to charge.
