err ... actually Epitaph won't be convenient to use in this particular fight as you'll constantly need to sharpen it for maximum impact. it only has a tiny bit of white/blue sharpness (without Sharpness+1).

Added on July 13, 2010, 12:39 pmHmm. Dunno. Been lancing him a lot so can't quite remember. If I remember correctly he's very open at the back. Openings are when he does his multiple bash/chin pound. Also, if he's farting fire gas, tip of his tail and his head is open for bashing. I usually just go for his legs/belly.

mozzy - i prefer lancing the volcano monsters. but ura, as with most monsters, get between his legs or stay between his legs and tail. be on in 30 mins.
