Nah, i just wanted the macro functions that's all, and for DPI, i uses 400~1600 DPI.

I'm just only clearing some misguided info. If it has sources and founded problematic, i would be happy to read and learn more about it.

As for my problem, it's just this
1."If you haven't used a mouse that has Sensor AVAGO S9500, don't say it's bad, because you still didn't tried it"
2."If you don't plan to buy it, you don't have to discourage buyers to buy it, because there's always lurkers in lowyat that reads what forumers says about the product"

IF you really used it, and say it's bad, i would accept what you have said, and would be happy to learn more about your experience with the specific mouse that you use.

the answers for your question.
1. Good sensor + bad manufacturer = stupid mouse but nais sensor. Take CM Storm Sentinel for example, using the Philips Twin-Eye sensor, which is the same with Imperator (and DA?), but the end product is a phailure. You know that when DA was first released, the firmware is disastrous. But the guys at Razer managed to fix it and made it one of the most popular value-for-money mouse. I just doubt the guys over at Roccat will fix any firmware issues, cause they didn't even bother to fix the scroll button issue after releasing Kone V2.
2. I know, I didn't discourage anyone. It's up to them to choose whether they want it or not.
Usually, when I go shopping for gadgets, I look at the negative points about the product first, that's the way to know more about the products first before purchasing.

okay, wait till almost the entire universe get a unit of Kone[+] then I'll Google it up for you.

Here's the official forum where people are complaining about it's problem.

Ikari + 4HD works well together? hmm.gif
I thought 4HD is more suitable for the newer mouse like Xai?

Then now maybe I know why this happen.
I can understand why this happen, for Kinzu of cause cant match with DA and imperator bla bla bla, Kinzu feet is implanted and a bit dig into the mouse. (It's feet is also really not as smooth as other)

You did your comparison by using Xai and Kinzu, but I did on Ikari, obviously Ikari is with 4 piece of larger size of feet.
Any way don know why this happen to your Xai, I add on a set of glide Xai on my Kinzu and slide nicely on my 4HD better than my DA. haiz  rclxub.gif

Added on November 18, 2010, 8:15 amAnyway I totally agree that the Razer's feet has better quality than Steelseries's, even though I don't think my SS mice can't skate nicely but their feet size is quite big compare to DA's. But DA still can move so smoothly but with the much more smaller feet.
*
if you realize, SS feets surface area much more bigger than those Razer's one.
and SS feets seems to be "scratable", unlike Razer's one.

getting my TTeSports Black mouse later icon_idea.gif

the grainy texture on the mouse makes it feels very nice to hold,
the free fly scroll wheel mode is something that I've never tried before,
its scrolls extremely smooth,
the mouse buttons are nice to click,
no jitters occurs when spamming clicks,
everything just feels GOOD about this mouse,
above that all, I got it for only RM258 (including shipping) from hikari85! happy.gif
