I pay him on 27-May-2010 via maybank 2u...to his Ambank credict card account...I know, why must bank in to credit account????Anyway, I did not ask mush, just bank in because check on his rating is very good 100% positive at that time. (But recently I view again and saw he has changed his profile, alot of negative rating where by no details can be viewed...somthing fishy already)

He provide me a poslaju tracking number: EN268156868MY which does not exist...This morning just call up pos laju office 

I smsed him, of course no reply....so called him...no answer either....

You are reminded that the banking in of money to the account of somebody you do not know, in the expectation of shipment is extremely risky and should not be practiced.

I ve been conned by this KHAIRUL MOHD TOO for a psp2000 cost me RM400 !!!
and i went to police station the police said it is none of their business !
I am just a student, anybody can help me to get any refund?
I am not the winning bidder as i missed the auction, i pm the guy whether i can get the psp then he said it is ok, for my case can i still claim my refund from ebay? T_T

Ur case is a bit difficult as ebay dont have any record that u r the winning bidders!!!

Well, u can try..

First u login to ur ebay account, then go to HELP -> SECURITY CENTRE from there u just follow the steps...

Do u have the transaction receipt...once ebay start investigation, at one point they will ask u to email them the transaction receipt...The whole process will take bout 3-4months...If proven to be fraud case, u will get ur refund...

Yup, i ve kept the transaction receipt and his sms too, he gave me a fake poslaju tracking number too
i ve sent email to ebay last time bt not going thru this security centre, i emailed them the whole story then
they said they couldnt find me any rocord of bidding the item. Means i cant get the refund?

the security centre there have many yopics and categories, may i know which 1 i shud choose?

Under security center, click "Resolve a problem"...then it will navigate to another page...u choose "I bought an item" then select "I haven't received it yet" then click continue..then u need to find ur ID for the items...

I'm sure u can continue from there onwards...just follow the steps

I wonder what's police doing!!!!...I'm thinking we bring this issue to MCA complaint Bureau...of course I need support...me alone cant do anything...

If yes, please vote how many of u can join..when we go, I need all the police reports that being filed...

If u refer to star paper recently, got one guy also actively con around and come out in the paper...the victims reported the case to MCA...!!!!
