I bought a Nokia C3 from this person on eBay.com.my on 11th November 2010.

He asked me to transfer the total amount of RM 360.00 to his account number and agreed to give me the tracking number for Poslaju later on.

After the transfer, I suspected that something is wrong there and I search the account number on Google to find if there is a scam possibility with it.

I was surprised to found out that there are already a few cases reported by other eBay users upon the same account number on several forums on the internet.

I already lodged a report to the Maybank and AmBank Customer Service. AmBank service told me to lodge a police report and then fax it back along with a letter.

i pm bro killerw1ll and he called me to try open case with ebay to get partial refund.

hope i'll get back my money. 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing.
