since u r young and having a decent income, u may want to consider going into the property market earlier...

the $ you keep in bank may not grow much, if u can get a tenanted Property that generate rental income, no harm taking risk... imho.

RM450K, u may get a studio unit in PArkview, opposite KLCC, of course.. do make ur own research on any property u r interested in before get committed.

Looks nice because of Klcc with 450k
Maybe I will consider that and any other recommend ?

dude... u ask her to do research, u sendiri also never read what she wants.

she wants to get condo for her sis and parents to retire lor. why u recommend a studio to her ar? doh.gif

I would recommend her to buy a property at Rasah Kemayan Seremban. The Property there is undervalued for 2nd house. Rasah Kemayan equip with facility needed by the resident. And it is also near to toll.
