Its either you try getting perfumes at Edenhall (thru the White cieth creatures) or you buff urself up at the trials. Once you're done there, you can work on ShaoLongGui's or the fabled Adamantoise again.

Personally, I prefer buffing myself up at trials and then finishing the course with a Rektajiva. If equipping growth egg and beating Flowering Cactuar, you can get up to 300k cp at 1 shot. Best part, you can also get bomb cores as secondary reward to upgrade weapons.

Shaolongguis are faster to give out Gold Nuggets though in my opinion. And Dark Matters are a also essential item.

I think its called the Titan's Trials? I forgot already. haha. but its the one where you do missions and then it branches out to 6 bosses. That's the trials.

You'll need to get a chocobo to get through the area though.

Titan Trail, where mission 45-55 are in there, u ned Chocobo to get in tho

Bro, this is how i 'death' him to death

You need to get vanille's death spell (need to finish gran pulse chapter), then equip any accessories that will increase speed to her, for other two character just equip catalogue. You can also try to upgrade vanille's Belladona wand to Malboro wand (increase chance to instant kill with death).

My party consist of Vanille, Fang, Sazh

at the start of the battle vanille should summon to make adamntoise (or tortoise) drop to its knee, then vanille should cast deshell and deprotect, fang will cast slow, imperil and also most importantly curse(increase chance to instant kill with death too), sazh will cast haste to everyone.

After vanille had casted deshell and deprotect, spam death and hope it will kill adam instantly. Rinse repeat.


p.s: IMHO, try to get to eden hall, there are one adam close to save point and you can reset if you kill it without plat or trapz.

If you just arrive Gran Pulse, do not bump into those Adamantoise, your party strength is not enough to kill these big tortoise yet.

Finished the main story first, then only come back to revenge.

Why not you try with Fang/Lightning/Hope or Fang/Snow/Hope to kill it, more fun and will not boring. You can seek for the guide at the first page.
