I heard R3 English is based on R1. So if R1 gets Omega, then R3 English also gets Omega.

According to HK site, the PS3 FF XIII-2 bundle will have Omega+Serah outfit while the regular version will have Noel+Serah outfit, no Omega
So I guess no Omega free for us, unless of course other region one can be use

Because everyone is like you, they won't waste money bringing in English version.

Only that Singapore seller so far is selling R3 English.

I can only accept some JP games in English voice over, usually will prefer original voice. Not to say that English voice over is bad, even though some is, just preference.

Like how I wish Catherine have JP voice and Eng sub, listening to Catherine in Eng is a pain for me lol

True .. just to illustrate how popular the R3 Chinese /English version is, Play-Asia has sold out on their preorder allocation for that while still accepting preorders for the R3 English.

Perhaps giving free Omega DLC (which I believe is an Amazon exclusive for R1 English) to the R3 English is Sony HK's way to push up demand.

Seriously, the English voices are no way better than Japanese.

Take FF12 for example, Balthier and Fran. Although Balthier's English VA was acceptable, he kinda lack the impact and coolness of the Jap VA. Fran was just extremely bad (I consider worse than Vanille). Her voice pitch was so unbearable that I stopped playing and waited for the Undub version.

Why do you want to buy from Play Asia when there are plenty of local sellers here selling Chinese/English version?

For me, I don't care much about the VA. I just want free OMEGA.
