Arena green was selling at 120k only, flat looking, cannot compare la.

Now many agents comparce Kinrara Mas with zest, Kinrara Mas only fetch rental from 1k -max 1.8k f/f, if kinrara Mas rental cannot increase, it will affect Zest rental.

If Zest rental can fly, it is good for kinrara Mas.

Wow..from jalan puchong wor??? In front of Maybank, CIMB, AMBank one wor....The Zest condo developer really so rich...special flyover bridge from Jalan puchong...can skip the jam in font of the Army Camp....The zest memang worth to invest...

I thought you meantioned flyover from Bukit Jalil highway - that one is constructed by The Zest...sorry my mistake
