Total units = 569
Block A = 285
Block B = 284
since it is a 18 storey condo, thus = 15 units per floor nod.gif

ok...quite high dense per floor, but the design of the condo look nice, and the facility gt sauna, badminton court, gym, swimming pool...very good...might not in a very good location, i went there before, have to pass by looks like kampung area, and hindu temple, then only reach there...surrounding dun hv many amenties...but somehow, freehold, 2 carpark, not so good surrounding but consider near to pj/damansara, and can use MEX highway to KL...price under 300k, and the design, the floortiles, the finishsing all looks well..might consider.....heard tat developer still gt unit for sale, nid to pay 10% dwnpayment..??

my only concern right now is the single access/ exit road into/from the apartment, hence might cause heavy traffic congestion during peak hours...

if later they can open another access road then should ease the congestion (it's just matter of time only, coz another access road is already there but just being blocked whistling.gif ).

As for location, i think it is ok since it is quiet near to the junction of lebuhraya bukit jalil that can link to bukit jalil, sunway, puchong, as well as OKR. That is the reason why i bought this condo due to its easy accessible via major highways nod.gif

The surronding area is develop rapidly and can forsee that later will have many amenities (currently got very nearby Giant Kinrara, or can even go to Puchong there got Tesco or IOI mall without passing any toll, or can go to OKR there via Jln Puchong got lot of shops).

With that lower price tag, plus on par with condo standard (with CCTV, guard house security & those swimming pool, gym, indoor badminton court and etc facilities), design look nice, at least i didn't feel regret on my purchase thumbup.gif

As for the availibility of units, i'm not sure whether the developer still hold any unit to sell or not..As far as i know, i see almost 90 over % unit has been sold out smile.gif

now i only receive "temporary CF" (btw this is the 1st time i heard CF got temporary one sweat.gif)

i think should be ok coz can see the house is really build up according to the schedule and no delay when they hand over the key to us. So looks like to obtaining the CF is just matter of time tongue.gif

Edit: now i know what is temporary CF...link: http://www.hba.org.my/HBA/Speeches/hda_protect.htm
check no. 14.7 on description of "Temporary Certificate of Fitness (CF)" means...according to present law, TCF only last for 6 mths...

yes govt has plan to extend current Sri Petaling LRT line to come across Bandar Kinrara and last station will be located at Putra Heights. Even the newspaper has been reported earlier.

However, due to some reason, the project has been delay and heard will be commence only on midst of this year (June? this month? sweat.gif ) and estimate to be completed within 36 mths. Keep it finger cross then. You know how our govt efficiency la.. sweat.gif

As for the location, some rumors said it is 2km away from KinraraMas but nobody know the actual location until they've start the construction doh.gif

Edit: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1129024/+1340 taken from The Zest thread on the LRT extension news tongue.gif delay huh.. doh.gif

the final alignment shall be completed now as they have to tender out to the shortlisted contractors.
if you have frens working in the appointed consultant firm, you will know the final alignment.
pm might announce it in 9MP (or 10MP?) this month.
