You think? Every game and demo on PSN for the past 6 months required 6.20 and above. Besides, you need to be a member of Monster Hunter Club to get a product code to download the demo on PSN Jp.

don't worry somehow there will be cfw enabled version
just like how everyone says GOW-Ghost of Sparta demo can't be played in cfw due to protected content
at last there are people managed to crack the demo to be playable in cfw

GL is advanced weapon cuz in mh3 u need to rank up to get LS. only basic weapons like GS, SnS, Bowgun, Lance, Hammer available

Infrastructure mode is for download quests only. Also, the first page has info of MHP3. It should answer most of the common questions asked.
