narga melee weapons look good but actually are crap.

the basic damage is usually is lower than other weapons.

to make up for it , it has max sharpness and high affinity (50%).

why do i say these weapons are crap?

the purple sharpness is very short. whack stuff abit... weapon sharpness decreased.

if the purpose of having a narga weapon is due to max sharpness, i'd recommend going for ceanatur weapons. it doesnt have the large affinity bonus but they're more reliable. you dont need to waste much time finding opportunities to sharpen.

Haha maybe they're crap with sharpness but I still love the critical does by this weapon. The splashy look awesome

nvm just collect them in your inventory. i actually like seeing red flashes . i use them to have fun. when serious mode only use elemental

why not go for wolf (yian garuga) weapons?

decent damage, requires artisan, but has high crit + slots

sentoryu wolf gs: 12xx raw, 40% crit white sharpness (sharpness length is double or triple nargacuga gs), 3 slots

big e dragon jewels are a b**** to farm...

lol for big e dragon jewels, i kinda cheat on that xD. I adhoc with my fren, my fren host one G rank elder dragon, kill it til it almost die then let it flee. Then my fren continue to host the escaped-elder-dragon-mission, and we go in kill it within minutes. Then wait for the reward. Then my fren don save, and reload the game, and host the mission again til get enough dragon jewels

kinda consider as cheat though

congrats @cf ! i'd say a player is considered to "complete" mhu once they've solo'd ukanlos and finished all the elder cat quests.

congrats @gae!, mhu isnt really a balanced game. in the beginning range weapons are crappy. glad that you have hammer/ls as alternatives

How about Fatalis? G White Fatty (event) was the only one I couldn't solo, thus I'm replaying the whole game again to improve again and hope to be able to do so this time

Reading all this made me itchy wanna go back to MHU >_<;; Used to play with a friend in penang cause could not use xlink kai, but since he left for us I got tired of soloin. Do you all mostly use xlink or the adhoc sw on PS3?

fatalis isnt meant to be solo'd especially the event quest, the event quest version is meant to be completed on a single go (it wont flee and everytime u start this quest it will be at full health).

i m curious, so u solo'd the other g-ranked fatalis's?
