yeah, we paid what then we should get what. don't ever think we should take advantages from others. as long TM can fulfill my 4Mbps speed. that's all. 

At least you dont face some stupid disconnection and unable to reconnect issues like dragna and I do face. If you want to complain go ahead and complain complain complain. They'll still going to mess you up in any way they can. These days I stopped complaining much except if the speed is so slow

I don't care if international link is around 2.5Mbps and above I am smooth sailing , as I can stream hulu without a problem.

all of us were 4mbps users, some getting around 3mbps, some getting pure 4mbps, some even get 6.81mbps.. why not just standardize all of it?
and my international link only can reach below 2mbps while local link can get full pure 4mbps speed.

is it ur line just installed? if yes wait for 2 weeks then u make complain to 100... u tell them ur speed fluctuate & very slow @ night... u recommend them to increase the speed..

hey guys, I'm currently staying in Jalan Ipoh, i get satisfied speed ONLY in midnight, BLOODY STREAMYX.


Whenever peak hours like 12pm to 12am, i seriously can't surf at all.
I just get averagely 20KB/ps speed MAX !
How should i get rid of this, i don't think it's the copper what problem because since i can get this speed during midnight, i sure can get a better speed that is more than 20kbps, this is ridiculous, paying 4MBPS but getting speed that is lower than 52/KBps.
How should i complain to them ?
Do resetting port works?
Or should I complain to them and ask them for a technician to look over.
Because when the day the techician came to my house and install during 7pm, the speed is flying right away, which means i get full speed. But starting 3 weeks ago my speed just can't even climb more than 20KBps. I really need some help..

You can get to push them. Thats the question , you can get 12Mbps + but with crappy port and face disconnections or be happy with what you have. I rather have a stable 4Mbps connection with a good IP range rather then getting 12Mbps with a crappy port as someone pointed out earlier.

urs cap at 4mb n line not so good, report until they come n cap at 5mb! fo sure can! good luck!
