If u still don't apply..just forget about it. the offer already close since last few weeks...for those u already apply / send their application form to TM, just make sure u call them to follow up. Their system still allow to register this package but only to clear the current application

i just get mine last Wednesday. Activate my 384K last 2 weeks..then upgrade to 4MB on Monday. Installer came to upgrade my line yesterday and the new speed activated by today..now i'm on 4MB

Those that are subscribing to any of the 1Msia packages, could you tell me the make of router that tm provides you with -- D-Link or Innacomm?

It's up to TM to give what brand. I got D-Link. A friend of mine got Innacomm.

Is it the same username and password as Streamyx account?

Your username is same, but the password is diffrent. The username and password will sent to your e-mail by tm net.

guys and gals...........just to find out from does who have the 1MALAYSIA netbooks..........when we open /take off the battery from the netbook we can see a sign/logo showing something like handphone chip/card aka sim card.

what the used of this or can this be used for something like wifi/internet sim card............ie. buy this sim card and install into the netbook and surf the net? without having/using the normal dongle plug into the usb port?

another thing ....... the batteries wont last long, around 1~1.5hrs only............... how to get the netbook last longer like 2~3hrs atleast........... can buy another battery or can upgrade/modified the existing battery for this............thanks

Is anyone else that received 1M'sia netbook also having a problem with getting the on board wireless adapter to detect your wifi router? I've been trying to get it to work to no avail.

Ok I just found out why the wifi wasn't working for me. Turns out that I need to press key func+F3 in order to enable or disable the built in wifi receiver! And, I just found out that the top and left most led above your keyboard is also a wifi toggle switch that you press to enable or disable the wifi receiver
