hi. My streamyx got activated but cannot use coz always dc. They said must contact the contractor coz 14 under their warranty? Can i ask for rebate and how do i provide proof of unable to connect? Also how do i follow up to fasten the process beside contacting the contrctor. And where do i complain?

previously, i was applying for cool uni pack. But it didnt go smoothly...

i was using steamyx 512kbps rm66.
early july, i apply cool uni pack at streamyx's booth in my uni. tat time said install a new phone line 1st n streamyx, then cut the old line after finish installation.

mid-september, technician come my house n cut my old line, install new phone line...

2 weeks later, no technician come install streamyx... call 100, TM said will call me when the technician want to come install streamyx....
but i was like waiting forever.... the technician never come...
no internet for over 3 months....

from late september till november, i was at my uni.. cannot go tm point complain or ask bout tis matter.

november 25, went to tm point n complaint about tis matter. TM said they hav discontinued tis package. they can only offer me 1 malaysia package or blockbuster deal.. on tat day, i applied for 1 malaysia package. TM staff questioned my age bcoz i m juz 20. tis package is for low income family. luckily i got the chop from ketua kampung. he let me passed.

november 30, technician come to my house for streamyx installation.

december 9 (today), i got the netbook. thank god!

actually can get hp netbook from cool uni pack, but nvm, still got 1 malaysia netbook.

Does 1 Malaysia pakej still available?

If I want to terminate the 1malaysia HP netbook. Beside pay RM 600, do I need to return back the netbook to them?

just installed my 1 TM jalur lebar today...just take the cheapest package..can i upgrade to 4MB? coz i have call 100 and they said this package cannot be upgrade

Last time when I subscribe this package, the TM staff said I can upgrade my package anytime. But can't downgrade.

Sjn..U can upgrade the package..juz go to the nearest tmpoint to apply for the upgrade..Btw I manage to upgrade mine from 512 to 4MB juz only after 1 month of my Jalur Lebar installation..

it's supposed to be like that..normally TM allowed to upgrade but no downgrade within the contract. But Celcom is different. They not allowed customer to pay more within the contract period

If really need to wait after 1 month..then i just afraid i can't upgrade anymore since the system will blocked the package..i'm just lucky that the system still allowed for them ™ to registered mine since i already send the application since last few months

Some they say need return some they say no need to return. So who to follow? According to term and cond. No statement say we need to return the notebook.

got a call today, they will send my netbook next week..quit fast aaa

No penalty fees at all....
since you're upgrading to more higher price....
