but there is one time where i spent 16 hours of transit in Qatar, i just take out my M17x with gaming mousepad, OCZ Behemoth gaming mouse, external soundcard and Roccat Kave headphone, just to kill my time

its not meant for music, purely for gaming since it have 3 totally isolated speaker on each sides. thanks to that, you can really feel the 5.1 real surround sound which is not like the simulated one. you really can hear footstep, position of helicopter and exact location of shooter just by closing your eyes. this give me advantages when some fella try to knife me while i was scooping with my sniper

its gaming performance - awesome. extra credit given because it support vibration that makes you totally immersed into gaming. you can feel each shot and its recoil due to the vibration that you experience.

right now, you can directly contacting Dell for any support, information or even problem with your Alienware product

to be perfectly honest here, getting online from Dell is the last option i will choose, since there are some hole where you can get brand new Alienware with quite a cheaper price
