yup this is part of how Android stores the data. However, for us Desire users will not be affected even tho it still stores the data cause the data stored is in our SD card and can be deleted via a file manager app. For the Incredible users they have a "build-in" 2gb storage data which "acts" as a SD Card which they do not have access (unless rooted).

Hi all
My Desire multi touch function as gone after I install swype function. I am not sure whether I mistakenly turn off the multi touch function or the swype keyboard function which cause this problem.
Did any one of you having the same issue....Please help.
Thank you

tried rebooting the phone yet?
rebooting helps but does not solve the issue as it'll still come back. This is Swype's issue and not the phone's. This is why Swype is still in the beta phase.

im not so sure la bro.. hmm.. maybe some others could assist u on that.. it should be working fine.. last case scenario is hard resetting but b4 that, maybe there are ways to fix that.. just wait, maybe other ppl have better ideas
from your browser (stock). Tap More > Settings > Enable Location and enabled the check-box. If it still does not work then, reset your browser. If it still does not work clear your cache/history form data/password/location access and restart your phone.
If all the above fails. call HTC/SIS.
