The multitouch bug isn't a hardware issue though.
So I think it would be fixed sometime in the future. Definitely would be a problem for games that needs multitouch however. |

QUOTE(Vorador @ Jun 8 2010, 12:42 AM) thanks for the clarification man Uhmm... if you're just using WiFi, no matter how much you use that's got nothing to do with your data plan lol.Only if you're on 3G you'll use up data, but its practically damn near impossible or the average user to use 3GB of data just on surfing on the web. |

Well good news, they've restocked some Desires at KLCC today.
So yea... for those who can't get them last week, can go check some time this week. Roadshow ends today though. But you can always ask for a test model in their main office when the roadshow ends. |

(SE X10 claimed 2 be scratch-proof ...so not using SP is not an option...? But it is rather resistant, though if you jam it in your pocket with your keys along side it.... then.. bye bye la. |

QUOTE(pacer @ Jun 12 2010, 08:34 PM) hi there You must have been reading the info from some person who can't even get their facts right or you must have missed it.i have both the desire and 3gs... so here it goes UI..... desire 4, 3gs 3 screen.......... desire 4, 3gs 2 camera........... desire 3, 3gs 3 (although higher resolution) call q............. desire 4, iphone 3 speed....... desire 5, iphone 3 batt............ desire 2, iphone 4 btw, given a choice which to buy, i would take the desire any day because of flash and also it is more customizable. but then again, its a newer phone so its not fair to compare, the 3gs was revolutionary in its day. wanted to wait for the iphone 4g, but read the online reviews and u will see there is not much groundbreaking/dealbreaker in the new package except maybe for the front camera. and still no FLASH!!!! good luck in your choice LED flash comes with the iPhone 4. And its 4... not 4G. Theres a drastic difference between the 2 terms. |

QUOTE(EpsilonStar @ Jun 13 2010, 05:30 PM) Would like to know which data plan do u guys get? 500mb is enough if you're just surfing, using tweeter or facebook here and there.I need some perspective on this coz i dunno whether 500mb is enough... Is 500 mb bandwidth sufficient for daily surfing + occasional google map and youtube? er sub line cannot sign up for the package rite? I doubt you'll even use over 100mb though unless you absolutely don't wanna touch your PC anymore... Just turn off the useless stuff like auto-syncing (this will actually eat up unnessasary bandwidth). Sub-line can sign up for the package but you will need to bring your principal line along. But one more thing, the principal line can only hold one contract at a time. |

QUOTE(AskarPerang @ Jun 14 2010, 12:44 AM) 500MB over the phone and 500MB if you connect over the computer is totally different. First of all we go to many websites a day.Hard to hit 500MB in a month on a phone but you can easily hot 500MB on a computer with only a few days usage. Wonder why? And websites on our PCs... the internet, they aren't cut down versions of a website you'll see on mobiles. There are many websites now a days which has their own mobile version which takes out most of the useless stuff like ads, oversized-good-for-nothing images, simpler scripts and so on. Finally... who in their right mind wouldn't download anything from the internet these days when they're on their PCs? Many other countless reasons why its so easy to hit over 500mb on a computer than on a phone really. |
