Hi i all this while using streamyx modem but since streamyx is DOWN this one week imn trying using laptop adn Gigi broadband to connect.

It's the same thing except for the start. One way to get to your internet connection properties is by left-clicking on the task bar icon > Connect or Disconnect > right-click on your preferred connection > Status > Properties > Sharing or Control Panel > Network and Sharing Centre > View Status > Properties > Sharing |
