yep...1 to 1 exchange. i saw an uncle take a plastic bag contained modem,LAN cable,adapter,phone lines..pass over to the personnel. and the personnel go in store, take a new blue box give him.. nice?
and another malay lady also..return the modem to them and get a new one.. |
