I got another question.

Let's say if anyone want to apply for the unipack with the new line(previously no telephone line at all),do that person need to submit any additional form to apply new telephone line?

Because when I applied for Unipack with new line I only have to submit 1 form & the counter lady said I have to pay extra RM75 + RM30-RM50 for new line.
But when my friend went to submit his form,another person ask him to submit another form to request new telephone line.

my gf submitted the form on 22th june ,
30june terminate ,

today already come fix liao loh .

hope next week got news lar . i email to the tmpoint liao , really want diao 9 them lar.

most of the time i use my laptop to do my photoshop and other design stuffs and all my files and settings are in my laptop, of course I wont be carrying around a laptop and another netbook with me. no one will carry two separate devices on the move when one of the devices can do all the work, if i were only to carry the netbook, i will lose some of my files left in my laptop and vice versa

similarly to the idea if you have a cellphone, mp3 player, and digital camera, will you be carrying 3 separate devices if you have one device like an iphone which can do everything for you, except an example case where you're a professional photographer which required you to carry an extra slr camera. hope u get the idea. universal device is perfect for me

my point here is, i don't want to carry two separate devices with me, my laptop and my netbook, I just need one which is my laptop

lets say my current streamyx is under my dad's name. And i don't terminate it, but instead change it to my name and upgrade it to the coolunipack package. Will that speed up the process instead of terminating and registering a new account just for the coolunipack package?

hi, i got a problem.

I applied for the 4mbps package. I applied for a new phone line and the coolUniPack altogether.

the phone line is installed on the 8th June. But until now the streamyx line is not here yet. I called the agent, he told me he had already submitted my application and it's processing. He basically blamed it on TM for the slow and delayed installation.

But when i check my application status with TM Online website, it's shown "No order found"

Hopefully someone can enlighten me regarding my issue and suggest on what should i do.

Cool unipack netbook come with default 1year n 2months warranty . the other 42p package come with 1yr only....

just received my netbook today.how if i want to upgrade this netbook ram?and 1 more thing why i cannot change desktop background in win7 starter?or i dono how to change it

I tried to apply for the unipack.  Everything turned out to be fine until they find out that i m doing master instead of degree. then they turned down my application. 

Too bad this unipack oni for degree student. Why not for master since master is also conducted under uni and in uni. 

Any idea what i should do for them so show some mercy ? Will them close 1 eye if i try to persuade them?
I got 1 fren who is not even in college or uni, but he just signed up for a training class and TM approved him on the spot.

The key to get this package is the stamp and signature from ur university admin office, so just try to get the stamp and signature from them.
Heard that most of the local university allow master student to apply as well, so shouldn't be a problem.

Heard gossip saying that the netbook is running out of stock soon, so act quickly bro, all the best.
