did streamyx insatller come to ur house and install? u using that account? call ur streamyx installer and ask for it. rmb change ur password once u get it. i think he straight help u setup and u doesnt pay attention on d password right?

getting pissed with the streamyx installer now. he tsraight rejected my application without coming check my line able to support or not. complained to tmpoint requesting changing new installer and tomoro gonna call 100 and request to do so. cause d guy old installer whose activate my 1mbps told me actually my area supported. so gonna ask them to change to the old installer instead this noob new installer. even d old installer said this new one seems lazy and don wan troublesome. knn with such installer.

cancelled my upgrade package juz now, and ask the staff resubmit again. and monday only resubmit. due to the installer doesnt come help me test and straight reject my application. asked d installer that had help me activated streamyx his help. gonna contact him once upgrade resubmition process done. so that he can get the work order and help me to test. called 100 and asked them changed installer to help me but failed. given many excuses.
