xixo..thanks. finally i saw the 110.

i feel 110 is better..the screen is same, keyboard same, better processor..touchpad is ok for everyone. Zoom in out function on 210 touchpad also seldom use...

Rather a better processor..

BT? Bittorrent?

Added on July 1, 2010, 8:39 pmMay I know why people keep mix up the MelakaBroadBand with CoolUni? Is the Melaka Broadband = CoolUni?

Why they dont call CoolUni, instead calling MelakaBroadBand?

And MelakaBroadBand dont seem like doing anything  sweat.gif

netbook running window 7 macam very slow

tak boleh tahan lo

I reformatted into Win 7 Ulti 64bit. Everything is fine with sidebar off and some windows animation off. Aero peek and windows aero still on. It's smooth now. hahahaha... Just something weird is... The windows startup is nt 7 like but vista like... The "starting windows" place. Vista moving bar came out instead of 7 startup window... but the speed is still 7's speed. Not slow vista speed.

Lagging so it is advisable to upgrade to 2GB ram?
Worth it or the performance improvement is not that significant?
*
In my opinion, upgrading to 2gb sure will improve the performance. But in some case, processor is the limiting factor.

How many times do I have to say this

Its an Atom. Its not your average laptop whereby you can open 10 tabs on facebook mafia wars + listen to WMP + MSn with 15 of your buddies and torrent. It cant take all those task , cause Atom is just like a Pentium III. Upgrading to 64-bit is even more dumber in sense that now memory consumption will double unless you upgrade the ram to 2GB. The way to reduce is by not running heavy stuff

Its just nice if you want to open 1-2 tab and surf. Cut WMP , get a lightweight media player. MPC Home Cinema is a good choice. Cut Firefox , get Google Chrome. Few examples that you can do. If you insist on firefox , get adblock plus

Most of the folks think its a laptop. For gods sake its a netbook
*
Haha... For me i choose to use firefox. Because chrome will always open up to 2~3 or even more tasks inside task manager while only showing 1 window. I can browse on my netbook smoothly. Quite ok.

I mean the ori key for windows 7 starter of that netbook. And... My win 7 ulti 64bit on it is not for display only. I can surf net+mword+listen to songs at the same time. Not a big deal for it. I have used it for some time. Proven.

I had sent an email to HP due to 1 year warranty but HP replied me this:

" Starting from Jan 1st, HP will stop  free support for out of warranty Consumer Notebook . And from Feb 1st, No free support for out of warranty Commercial  Notebook.  Alternatively, you have the option to seek self-help support from our website at www.hp.com/go/bsc or you can bring your notebook to Service Center for chargeable support. " (HP's email )
*
Urs still under warranty right? U got right to enjoy the service then...
Btw... The "email HP" function at hp website quite useless. Straight send ur email to hp carepack will be better
