Wishing HTC will release Android 2.2 update ASAP for the HTC Legend. Really looking forward to the personal hotspot feature of Android 2.2.

Android 3 minimum 1Ghz processor nothing less. Maybe we should be seeing 1.5 - 2.0Ghz processor year end and next year dual-core.

that gingerbread min specs is only a rumour.. they wont place a minimum but perhaps point out a higher supported spec.. otherwise older OS would die leaving a big fragmentation on the android enviroment.. perhaps 1ghz phone released up to date would experience gingerbread like n1, galaxy s, desire (except x10 maybe) . Phone manufacturer have their own plan and marketing strategy.. They surely want u to buy a newer phone to get that new system. Htc Hero is quite lucky to feel 2.1 when it is quite dying already. 2.1 perhaps would be its last update before it reaches the end of the product lifespan
