you are using which modem?

the speedtest is using my modem (Sierra Wireless Apex), quite okay. but when using his modem (maxis promotion modem, the ball-alike modem) for most of the time none of page can successfully loaded, the modem (maxis modem) always indicated GPRS or EDGE only, not stable, never get HSDPA/3G.. cry.gif

*
which modem you're using? and which EXTERNAL ANTENNA?
i'm still searching and looking for it, not much available in Malaysia for TS9 connector. cry.gif

modem : huawei e1762
topic : [WTS] External Antenna For Huawei HSDPA Modems., Sale At RM99 & check your 3G/HSDPA here. (Others)

as of 12 hours testing...
stability = significantly more stable i mean less fluactuating speed
speed = depends
signal bar... 1-3bar increase

havent test outdoors yet
at my quarters works wonders but my workplace still crappy unstable althou the signal is near full bar

last test before i sleep
with antenna

without antenna

haha this time same.. but the QoS with antenna is better
the last post on the antenna thread shows the diff at my office
*
oh, i'm looking for external antenna with TS9 connector cause i'm using Sierra Wireless Compass 885, recently just found one than can gain about 5db~7db, but in international market there are many choices, hard to find in malaysia.. cry.gif
i got full bar of Maxis HSPA, but yet still i wanted to pull more signal strength.. icon_rolleyes.gif
