i've been thinking for awhile...legend n desire, both are very different hardware phones, legend wins anytime on design, but desire's internal hardware seems to peak it off legend..as for price (dun mind AP sets), legend is stocked to 1800+ while desire is 200+ off wid d lowest i witness, 2040... blush.gif

honestly speaking, d aluminum body is SOOO attractive drool.gif , i choose to bliv the urge to buy legend over desire is bcos of its body, but den again...value for money?? advantages over disadvantages...??recommendation and advise from you htc/android/phone-trading experts?? blink.gif wink.gif rclxub.gif

I'd choose naturally Desire over Legend for better specs n bigger screen. Function is more important than form

uni-aluminum body is nice:) very solid phone indeed. desire doesn't have this affect so if u're a form over function (doesn't mean Legend cannot perform. I can. trust me) or function over form.

both phone rocks, cause it's 2.1 and from htc.

desire has better hardware capabilities does not mean the legend can't perform well enough for daily usage

It's an easy 'form over function' or 'function over form' for each new buyer.

I'm in the 'form over function' camp.
Reasons:
1) HTC releases like 6 new models every year. Specs upgrade is the norm. Desire will be superseded and get an upgrade model anyways.
2) Among all available HTC models so far, Legend casing is very nice. HTC Hero casing, it's predecessor, was plastic.
3) Legend is fast enough for today's use. It's likely that in 2 years time, I'll change another phone. It happened to my HTC Tytn2.

I have seen a lot of comparison between HTC Desire and HTC Google Nexus One...

But... I have one question is... What HTC Desire can do but HTC Google Nexus one can't? Except the Sense UI...

Despite of the hardware spec... how are they differ from each other?
