Is the Back to the Future box set (UK) region free?

Glad it's not a steelbook version.

Seems like UK version less info at the mo..unless others have news on UK ver?

Certainly much better looking than the previous release! Will grab this only if price drop reasonably though...

Seriously, it looked great in most parts (especially the jungle scenes) except when showing faces...the faces looked heavily makeup...like air brushed!
The sweat also looked a bit faked...but thats just it...the rest were awesome.

I'll wait for the Predator Trilogy (Predator1,2& Predators) to come out in Bluray

The reviews for the Predator bluray isn't very kind. Says Arnold's face looks like wax, and the moustache air brushed, etc.

I mostly go by those reviews because I can't test the movie out before buying. Some reviews like Big Fish is on the dot, the transfer is not as good as it should be. So I stayed away from it. Same with Chronos, not a good transfer and the reviews are on the dot. Gotta have something to check with or you'll be disappointed once you get the bluray. Plus why pay for bluray if it's just slightly better than dvd?

Well i second the thought of going through few review sites before buying a title, but the most of the reviews varies with unfamiliar technical specifications [maybe some does well verse with tech specs tho].

We have choices to choose what's best for our need, but sometimes depending on reviews may end up disappoint us [not always the case]. I suggest that , read up reviews from some familiar review sites like highdefdigest.com, blu-ray.com, highdefdiscnews.com, blu-news.com, dvdbeaver etc before getting your favourite titles.

Unless you like the film and do not bother what the review says could be also another option to look at..

Reviews are not meant the storyline bro, the technical specs like PQ & AQ mainly are the concerns. Storyline , of course if you watched it before , its not necessary to read the review. You read only those on features & etc.

A movie , before it gets released , there are synopsis to read through, also makes no sense if we keep reading reviews before we watch it in cinema. But it could be a good practice [healthy ones]

Agree, buy the titles we want, of course we can't expect the selling value to be according to our preference , unless its your fav, dont sell it. Keep it for good.
