Irritating Shoulder Pain after working out. HELP!

ok, maybe you should refer to a doctor for this.
Actually, after a few years of training, I notice that my shoulder hurts when I bench, even after warming up with a lighter weight. But thank goodness I found a very effective way to prevent this.
I'll take a pair of 20lbs dumbbell, perform some shrugs and side laterals and just roll my shoulders back and forth for a minute or two.
Try it! It makes a big diff.

Rest for a week first. If problem persist, contact a physiotherapist. Nest time, if you feel the pain [not burn] stop the workout an search for other alternative to work out that muscle group you are burning.
Also, remember doing proper stretching while doing light cardio before starting your weight training.

I think you better go for massage.
But do not go for batin massage la..
I know one place in TTDI..behind Public Bank...
There is a traiditional chinese massage...
very good..u just need to tell which part and what went wrong ...
they will know how to fix it...
or else..u may go for malay /kampung method one..
i also had the same ailment before...

Stretching while doing cardio. If you running on a treadmill, you can try to lose up your muscle by loosing off your hand a little. For me, while cycling, I stretch my neck and my arms.
Enlighten me if I am wrong here.
