QUOTE(dxjb @ Jun 2 2010, 10:15 PM) if anyone can help me please do so.. I advise you not to do that, if the player(s) who signed the shirt is famous, the shirt can fetch hundreds of GB pounds in value. without the signature, the shirt can only be 20quid. If you do not plan to get the autograph, i suggest you buy one without signatures instead. I know some people doesnt bother with signatures, personal preferences...but if you got the shirt, keep it for the value and get another one for wearing. I might be getting a shirt that has an autograph on it.. i dont plan in framing in as I love the shirt more than the players autograph.. 4 ur info, the signature is on the white part of the shirt im just wondering, if i wear and wash the shirt, will the signature leave a bad stain? or will it be better if i remove the signature 1st with any stain remover? any help would really be appreciated..thanks QUOTE(meGATron77 @ Jun 3 2010, 08:07 PM) Bro, south africa is at south hemisphere, meaning their weather is the other way round compared to north hemisphere, ie. UK, America etc. In fact, if you look at the world map, you can see that South Africa is at the same level with Australia. I can tell you from my personal experience that right now, temperature is 11 degrees at 9.30pm. so during the day, the temperature can range between 10-16 degrees depending on rain or sun. i am expecting to see lots of players wearing LS or SS with baselayer inside. But to answer aaronwu's questions, the reason is maybe because scared of lack of market? national teams seldom release their LS kits, except for a few odd countries. This time around, i see England, Mexico, Italy, South Africa to name a few that have commercial LS shirts. Nike ones are rarer. and Chelsea and Liverpool kits already out because its Adidas' marketing ploy, to have the players wear them at the end of the season and then sell them soon after, while Nike will wait till a bit later, around mid June or July. no idea whats the marketing strategy of each of the companies, but thats the trend. |

Thanks alot for your help pyroboy1911 ! Hmmm i'd think releasing l/s shirts would earn quite a lot of market as many die hard fans would love to have l/s ones. Guess i'd have to wait a while before Nike releases their new kits for clubs.

@aaronwu - normally ls shirts are not released commercially, although there is a trend to bring in some over the last 2 years, case in point being Barcelona Home, Arsenal Home/Away, etc. Note, only Nike teams. England has ls and ss for quite some time already now, for sale in KL.
@riziger - the numbers in ALI/Real One were prior to the finalisation of squad numbers hence a few errors here and there, namely for De Rossi, and as you brought up, Kuyt and V Persie. |
