Agree, TA is too slow in comparing with others player in the market, others keep pushing launch new development during the properties industry is booming n the result shown all new launching property have overwhelming response from the public. I would said TA is too conservative till they might miss the boat, maybe TA is too rich.

If in last time than the speed of execution is consider OK, coz in those times developer will only launch a new project after the completion of one project. Seldom we will found a project fully sold out within a day or launch few phases development together, like setia eco hill, Ecosky, fennel....

Actually how bad is 8trium doing now? occupancy rate too low? i tot The Court is having a mega store at 8trium. If compare to Ativo Plaza office who is doing better?
Coz im waiting n expecting the next launch in Sri Damansara.

Not sure is a new branch or move it from the existing. That day had lunch at subway saw the renovation is in progress. The notice placed at the holding mentioned the renovation works shall complete by March 2014.

As mentioned by chlim his blotting unit already 430K for 615 ft2 which mean it is in RM 700/ft.

Further nowaday is normal every developer adjust the price as market value.

i thought all unit come with 2 car parks and some having 3 or 4 CP.

If for own stay, the importance thing is u like it. The design, the facilities, the location, the convenience n the services.
for investment it is a freehold, mutual location, not nearby to any dumped site, high voltage tower n others negative things. Who know the future price for this condo. If mrt really come n integrated with TA global next launch project u ma get special bonus lol.

Managed to slot inside this evening around 4pm. Today 2 section, morning for director & staff, afternoon 2-6pm for business associate.
Master plan has changed, all services appartment hav take out from old master plan. More commercial and only residence suite in the plan. New center park and more greenly. Most important is new master plan hav better transportation plan and traffic plan, direct link bridge to Sri damansara east station. Add in few new access road to DA with few bridges to be built.
From LDP and kepong there are direct entrance and exist point with new bridges and New bridge connect to Manjalara & DPC.
Entire new master plan is much better and more attractive than old master plan. But back to pass experience, will TA develop as plan still unknow. Last product is azelia residence that was in 2011, after 6yrs only launch the next project.
As usual TA never sell cheap, price always scary, most around 1k psf after discount. Highest psf i saw is RM 1100 psf after discount.
This time with conquas quality and many freebies. Today only name in list can booking, response also quite good but not as those time like buy vege.
What package to public still unknow, let see what isiti when open to public.
