I think is different target. Empire mall is PJ resident n TA will be kepong/Sg buloh people. Don be surprise that kepong people buying power is very strong. TA direct compertitor will be arcadia in desa park city.

Managed to slot inside this evening around 4pm. Today 2 section, morning for director & staff, afternoon 2-6pm for business associate. Master plan has changed, all services appartment hav take out from old master plan. More commercial and only residence suite in the plan. New center park and more greenly. Most important is new master plan hav better transportation plan and traffic plan, direct link bridge to Sri damansara east station. Add in few new access road to DA with few bridges to be built. From LDP and kepong there are direct entrance and exist point with new bridges and New bridge connect to Manjalara & DPC. Entire new master plan is much better and more attractive than old master plan. But back to pass experience, will TA develop as plan still unknow. Last product is azelia residence that was in 2011, after 6yrs only launch the next project. As usual TA never sell cheap, price always scary, most around 1k psf after discount. Highest psf i saw is RM 1100 psf after discount. This time with conquas quality and many freebies. Today only name in list can booking, response also quite good but not as those time like buy vege. What package to public still unknow, let see what isiti when open to public.
