Haiz... REceieved my monitor it has dead bright pixel again.....

TN panel have viewing angle disadvantage.
IPS have categories also.
E-IPS is old tech H-IPS and new S-IPS is new tech which is more superior .

BTW U2410 is a great monitor, NO ghosting motion blur or anything just that im unlucky keep getting Bright pixel Unit.

Customer service is good they change new unit to me everytime ive called them

Called dell today, They run out of U2410f for my replacement... i lol?

So what happen today?
Called dell they said no stock,
End up Logistic (handling warranty department)
call me that they have stock, ask them isit New? then they say is refurbish then i call them to check with it again. check check check then call me. said is new. come ady different name different adds. Check inside a 24" old model of Dell monitor. WHICH IS REFURBISH somemore WHAT IS THIS!! SENDING WRONG MONITOR + LIE!?
ask him to take back i dont want sign. call technique support. ask them when my monitor will come? say dont know...

Should i fill a complain?

GOt my 3rd U2410 today return exchange and continue until today got my U2410 without any dead pixel / bright pixel =)

Order U2410 last 3 week(03/06/2010).
Took 1 week to arrive to my house means last 2 weeks (10/06/2010 Thursday).
Complained made on Monday last week(14/06/2010), Tuesday sent a new unit 2nd unit. Tuesday straight complained ( no unit available)
Wednesday call again no ppl send or anything. Thursday call again said no signed of getting my new monitor, send me a 2408WFP reject back.
THursday before 6pm call again said will send next week or further notice.
Today monday(21/06/2010) 12pm call said will come and give me
Total take me 2 weeks but receive my monitor so happy =D this is why dont buy ARB unit.

MIne U2410 is fast enough for gaming
previous my monitor with 8ms is fast enough to play Battlefield and other FPS game. u can check wiki for my monitor 1907FP

what cna u do is set sRGB thats the best =)

ya careful 8ms is abit , just abit lag.
im using 1907FP playing battlefield with no problem.
if u switch from 75Hz or <5ms monitor (TN panel) to IPS u will feel the different.
Choose wisely
