check scaling option on the graphic card ati/nvidia control panel

dell accept maybank debit visa card
but u need to increase credit limit first at atm machine more than lcd price.. ie rm 800 for example
if u dont do it ur payment will be on hold, which happened to me
dell cant process my payment due to initial limit of rm 500 of maybank visa debit card

i dont see any difference on 8ms ..maybe cause i from LCD to LCD not from crt to LCD
