Not all singapore working hours are fixed, it is depend on which position u apply and whether u are working shift or not. If the work start on 9, normally it will end of 6:00 to 6:30. But still, this does not apply to all the company, some work at 9a.m but everyday also work till 7p.m to 9p.m.

i am using singtel iphone plan and all i can say is tat singtel have more coverage, line also good like the call won't drop half way when u call (not inside tunnel). for starhub, i got random drop while calling.

3.5g wise, i can download max 300-400 kbps in the morning and bout 60-150 kbps in the evening. surfing wise, very smooth in the morning, evening time abit slow, but wont as slow as still it stuck and refresh.

Part time job is only applicable for PR or Singaporean, if u wanna work in singapore, u can only get PERM job. No matter what job it is.
