at the moment, those images are hosted in my photobucket and if i'm not mistaken they limit the bandwidth for free package user... so, at the end of the day if too many people using the same link as mine, we all cant see the userbar when it's out of bandwidth...

guys wanna ask my satria neo cps MT fc always around 8.8-9.2L/100km is this normal for town driving? im yet to test on highway.

probably normal... i could say my figure is worse, though i'm driving Gen2 AT and my foot is quite heavy...

i wonder, since Neo CPS have the late profile switching compare to other CPS engine, i wonder how does the torque curve looks like....

i'm so happy with my blackie..yesterday try top speed can get 185kmj (i think 1.5mm or 2mm more the speed needle can reach 190)..she can go more but i don't dare coz if u guy know about new E22 highway that connect senai to desaru, the road are very waving (tak rata & beralun) n my steering have too much free play (don't have time to add more rubber at steering rack.. ). Love the car stability at hi speed. No wonder u guys trying to reach 200kmj and i dont think it impossible. It just being hold up by gear ratio right?

I been googling about performance drop-in air filter and found this website, they discuss is it true using better air filter can improve fuel economy. I want to share with u guys and i don't know if u guys already read about it. If so sorry, i a bit late to the game.

What i understand that if using drop-in filter u cannot gain any fuel economy n a lot of hp. It only give a less air restriction thus leading more smooth engine during acceleration. But u want to gain power n fuel economy, so must use cold air intake. The website or K&N company suggest to use typhoon cold air intake to archive good fuel economy, hp n torque.

There more discussion from year 2006 to 2010 in the link. I find it is a good read. Even the David Vespremi, K&N Brand Marketing Director post his massage there.

After reading this i give me a new perception on air filter. For me i dont need the expensive K&N drop in to improve my fuel economy, just buy like Azuma-kun using is already enough. Not for fuel economy, but better acceleration.

i still think open pod doesnt improve that much unless u're willing to spend big bucks 4 hose and shielding.

The cai, our stock is good enough, no need to spend 4 modification. But i see a larger snorkel is prefered.

But, i still dont think they give much boost on hp, fc. It just get more air ready 2 b used by engine so the engine will never lack of air to breath. Correct me if im wrong.

Air filter you won't gain much in a 1.6L

no offense....but imho only n00bs would change air filter hoping for better fuel economy. then these people would start complaining when their FC goes down the toilet

people change air filter for better power....and everyone knows...

Agree with madman statement. I'm still on the learning process...with the help i can get from sifu2 here hope i can gain knowledge on engine.

As for add on, modern engine (injection) got sensor that can sense air flow with air flow sensor. The computers monitor airflow and controls combustion for fuel economy (But campro engine i dun know using air flow sensor or throttle position or etc system i likely unknown).

Now i know it got different between injection n carb system. Last time im driving saga lmst and using K&N drop in filter...surprisingly i got more kilometer n power. So that why i thought using better air filter can help my fuel consumption.

anyone has any feedbacks/ thoughts on THIS exhaust system?

based on the discussion i tink header only as the rear shot shows standard rear muffler.

their pricing is even more expensive than hotbits. well no pain no gain..some can go try it out.

i'm happy wif my hotbits 4-1 on my waja CPS.

Done with sub + amp. So far for me it's nice.
But dunno why i still feel the bass is weak.

u haven turn up the volume yet... sometimes its the song from ur player... try playing some ori CD songs.. should get what you want...

I'm satisfied with my 'ayam brand' setup.

all after market exhaust is confirm to release more horses... million dollar question is how much kuda is released only...



as for me, the best bet is to go for the well known tried and tested brand...
