still on stock 195/55/15... i dont think the tire hit the banana when everything is intact... somehow, it must've come off first which till today i can't even imagine how that thing comes off... like what happen on my banana at driver side... lucky that one I found out earlier... only small hole is made on that one...

Thanks for the photo, will check tomorrow and see.... maybe due to the offset of the rim ? Mine is offset +42, now my car cannot carry full load passenger, everyone one scared and thinking that proton got all kind of sounds(becasue they dont know much about cars)....

yups... it wont be a problem if the clips fits tightly... mine one clip came out, so when rotating tyre just put it back... so when car on the lift take the time to check da banana...

replace my 2 piece michelin primacy lc with pirelli p6... somehow running short of stock here for the lc...

in fact, rear stock suspension is mean for comfort, not stiff enough.

Me last time use 215/45/17 ok... Not scratch anything... After that use GAP spring with standard absorber, with 205/45/17, it scratch the so call banana leaf at back with full load... Than change back to ori spring...

Is it because GAB sport spring too soft or too low and not compliment with stock absorber? But i planning to go full adjustable suspension too but not too soon la coz no money..huhuhu

I think the rear suspension is purposely tuned to be soft to compensate ff layout understeer characteristics. Correct me if i'm wrong...

if not mistaken gab sport spring will lower ride height by 50mm for stock spring... but gen2 cps is oledi lowered by 30mm... so add other extra 20mm lowered... base on my experience gab sport spring + gab sport absorber on my wira is hard enuf if theres around 3-4 adult in the car... more than that start experiencing sagging on the rear suspension... dat happen when i loaded 2 adult + 2 children at the rear seat, total 6 passanger...

no...just explaining...guys...what ever it is..if lowered spring..sure will kene when u full loaded...dont say la this spring stiff or it 6k 7k spring..lowered spring still meant for performance..not go lowered and put full passenger..its not meant for tht..i think how u drive is more important..uknow ur on sport spring..soo just need to be more careful when see`s bumps..

Actually, the problem lies with us Malaysian definition of full passenger load. It should be 5, not more.

Just found out the damn banana leaf is torn in half again... The damn mech did not tighten the screw properly, end up the screw go out and the banana got loose...

Pretty bad week for me... Got one summon, banana leaf thingy....
