suspension is OK... it's just the banana moved out of its place because the screw somehow loosen and out... so when going fast, the banana is blown to the tire and rub the tire...

Yesterday first time I bring full load passenger with my gen2, rear tyre kena the body when going over bump and uneven road, mine is 205x45x17, I thought 205 won't kena... Is it something wrong?

As i mention in other thread, I believe your tires not hit the fenders, it hit the inner splash shield cover, especially behind one, try check the edge of the splash shield cover, you will notice something like this :
