Mine changed the chamber @ driver's side wheel.....
+chamber alignment, wheel alignment, balancing, switch sides..(front to back/right to left or vice versa)
mine now OK alot d.....steer to left....only a little....

no...my warranty was not void....
all i do is....let SC knw what the tyre shop man told us
then, all we nid 2 let them knw is.....ask 1 of their technicians 2 follow us 2 the recommended tyre shop
let him talk 2 the tyre technician which told us nid 2 change chamber....
then let him report back to SC
SC might order the chamber....take est. 1 week time....
when chamber arrive, then do...with chamber alignment, n wheel alignment
if still lari, change tyre side...(front-back/left-right) if uses stock kumho tyres...

Alor setar.....chamber do in 1 shop, alignment another....
chamber hv 2 do in recommended shop if not, warranty void....
then alignment, i go to the shop i used to do alignment
then all ok....
well, sure still got go sideway....but not that teruk....
i can say, improved like 86% ald....
some times coz of road.....

i m using 1.6 ....petrol consumption(from what i heard) is better than 2.0
2.0 more power more omph.... FC not that high either, surely slightly higher than 1.6
wan best FC, go for 1.6EX(nt that much features 4 u though)

not to say....it has the better handling....i juz love MDPS ...

gonna take my car go repaint my dented front bumper end of the month.......cost around RM150, with polish n wax i try ask them can provide free or nt....

i can't consider design fault also......
alot of ppl said....our stock kumho tyres very kacau 1....
i go ald 6 tyre shops, all of them said the same thing...
my alignment, n chamber all shows good and accurate in computer reading....
so, i guess is the tyre fault....
they said there are few korean tyres are very kacau 1...this is 1 of them, so, bare with it la...
if wan, change 2 other brand....

let him test drive the car...ask the SA to let him test drive....
my dad also toyota kaki....owns 1st. Toyota AE101 buy new@yr1992(still own it till now)..stil happy with it
2nd. kancil (sold after 10 yrs, coz FC getting higher) no quality car
3rd. toyota avanza 1.3(the worse toyota car ever bought...sold it after 5 yrs)
4th. trade in avanza for NS G.Livina 1.8(sound proof worse of all...but great FC)

then, when i wan buy this car forte...same thing, all my family members(include grandpa n grandma) rejected....
i din let them test drive coz no test drive model available....so, i argue till he let me buy...
after get the car....the 4th day, we use the car to Ipoh, Taiping then back AS. my dad sat it....
really speechless, same as my grandpa (go Ipoh coz grandma admitted hospital)....
the power ald good enuf, the FC at that time as low as 7.2L/100km....

now, they dun complain....juz only make sure me don ever sell the car ....for at least 15-18 yrs....

u r saying along jalan putra or along jalan gangsa??
if jalan putra, the there are tmn rakyat, tmn mutiara....
straight deeper, after the morning market n pos office, opposite is kampung berjaya, and deeper inside is tmn mahawangsa..
along jalan gangsa, after fish market n the new bridge is tmn pelangi(opposite EMUM), and tmn delima right after a chinese temple(opposite Proton, Toyota n Chin Hin motors)
mine is along jalan putra, b4 tmn rakyat, n tmn mutiara....there is a tan cheong nissan car dealer shop....mine around there only...

hehe....i think u should knw d....the reason i said 15-18 yrs coz this car got no 2nd hand value, so sold off early is juz waste of money....as well use it for long term...
like my AE101 ...from 1992 till now, still in very good condition...coz accident free(of coz with some scratches.....made by my cat :-( )
