i don't feel any jerking...don't have problem with vapour headlamps....but my problem is windshield crack (maybe coz by a stone)

From what i know anti roll and strut bar are for "kaki racing"....since you are not for speed, no need to spend extra money for that. Our forte is already very safe....

can anyone tell me where to fix the alignment issue 100%? at outside shop??

lately my 2.0 i feel that it steers to the left at high speed if normal 80 or lower is fine . Damn weird.  Anyone with similar issue?

i read that the 1.6L SX, 17 inch wheel is giving a stiff ride and tyre noise. with uneven roads and potholes everywhere, i worried it'll be too hard on the low profile tyre and rim and finally, passenger comfort.

could anyone confirm this?

Hi Fortezens, Ive noticed that I think my seatbelt warning light is faulty, as u can see from the video below, the light goes off after I start my engine, and Im not wearing seatbelt. Anyone facing this problem?

not cost cutting la... is just they have 2 different option/status on that safety belt indicator.
check ur car manual then you'll know...

maybe it's manufacturing defect...coz both headlamps of my forte had been opened to install led inside it and glued it back using its original silicone..and till today, there is no fogging in my headlamps.

It's not a feature but a compulsory requirement by the Australian gov. Any cars going to Australia must have a seat belt indicator as part of the requirements of the RTA. It's not a feature of the car but rather implemented for export purposes. They most probably put Australia under Asia and all export models to Asia will come with the indicator.

First of all, it's not called a heat mat. It's an insulation mat. Secondly it does not absorb heat and release it out from the bonnet. It prevents heat transfer from the engine to the bonnet. It's an insulation mat and does not absorb any heat. It just deflects it back into the engine.

any reason why EX was chosen instead of SX? hope i can learn more. maintenance, ya, 17inch tyre much more expensive around RM 500. EX i think around RM 300.

i also read that EX can accelerate much faster than SX. less pedal effort. is it true and very significant where SX feels heavy and no power to overtake?

now my concern is the tyre noise for SX. something like rolling barrel on the roads. i heard this from test drive car. 2nd time test didn't really hear it. like metal grinding noise. any SX owners experiencing this? since most buyers are SX variant, any issue to comfort when driving in PLUS for long like causing fatigue?

this is my only worried. tyre noise. i understand EX doesn't have such a noise. been looking for EX test drive car but cannot find. other than that, whether it'll be a bit more difficult to reverse with only 2 sensors for the EX. EX just with beep beep sound and no bar in the meter? i see that the 2 reverse sensors are located in the middle of the bumper. that means side ways cannot be detected not like the EX??
