Cloud's green strip seem to fade even more comparing to the last time I saw it but still fight well . I'm not a fan of different breed so i kinda scared upon encountering a bigger size different breed. I somehow caught the bavia male because it looks more like our fs (only colour different). the hyllus male (i thinks its a female) was on my shoulder the moment i spot it so easier to put in a container or i couldn't be bother to catch it if its in its nest or wandering around (most importantly i know someone who appreciate it more than I do whom I can pass to, yes bro mindstorm see you next tuesday )

I dont really have time to see the breeding stages closely especially with my house reno going on everywhere is dust, bro ricky gave me 3 packs of crickets, 1 of which i put them in the plastic aquarium for breeding purposes. fed them with cabbage and water, hope it will grow and breed. I notice the fs dont really like lc worms cause the lc worm (the bigger ones) tend to bite them when they are biten...

I still have half pack of crickets left from my last visit to Sg, if the crickets is not growing that fast, I might need to get more from sg soon...haiz...

yea bro mindstorm is a fan of any jumping spider, right?

Hi everyone,

I wasn't up for hunting last weekend but upon seeing u guys working out so much especially randy's enthusiasm towards the weekend read on the forum, I got so pump up and decided to go full force hunting. My efford was awarded with some sizeable fs in a new location. I caught and kept about 10 new fs (released about 10 small fs of sl entry lvl and below).

This time around this new place, 50% of the fs belongs to chopster family and to my surprise its not those small small sizes fs, its all sl and above size chopster. Now I know why you guys dont like chopster, I sparred them and notice even upon winning they will injure themselves and need time to recover unlike the normal fighter...I dont know whether to be sad or happy having good size chopster now...

I hunted almost daily cause its just too tempting to see all the jungle like places when my car pass by. i didnt name the newly caught fses cause they are all chopster and i dont intend to keep them all (maybe 1 or 2 will be kept). for your guys pleasure viewing i took the videos and most probably im out of names and housing to keep them all,

u remember kompany? it was sl size when i caught it, when u see it in sg the last time its already ml entry lvl, now i would say its at least entry L size already seriously..i fed about 3-4 crickets a day and it pump up really fast thanks to your crickets. by luck i might see devarman growing into that size also

Talking about lc worms, their skin seem a bit to hard to penetrate, thats the reason why my fs dont like them too much. the young ones are too small to be notice by them. when feeding them lc worm, i normally take twice the time compare to baby cricket feedings.

I found a new hunting spot yesterday, caught a few sizeable fs including one which is even bigger than my saphire. put it on a grid paper and it measure 8.2mm . here are some fights recorded while hunting yesterday (all ML and above size, even though my heart felt heavy to release them but my container gave way, ran out of containers...)

thanks bro Ura for your kind comment , big c and small c are indeed chopster. I didn't rank my chopster as they face death in every fight. I always keep 2 chopster (1small one big) for the normal fs to get use to chopping technique. Im yet to name the newly caught 8.2mm fs as its yet to be tested and probably will keep for some time before I give him his first fight (I want to minimize the risk of losing him too early like what happen to saphire, too many fights and got slow in just less than 3 weeks in captivity and has to be released). its kind of tough to catch fs of that size

I took it on the grid yesterday but did not take photo as its kinda tough to do it alone (the last time I took photos of fs on the grid, I had some one helping me blow while i took the pics ) and with the condition of my house which is in the last phase of reno, Im having difficulty to put them in a place without cement dust.

I nearly got rob yesterday while hunting on the same ground again. deep inside the forest apparently there's a hut and there was 3 person smoking cracks while I was there yesterday, I went close and they ran away upon seeing me but when they realise I was alone they turn back and walk slowly towards me and without thinking twice I ran for my life towards my car which is about 800m away. they stop chasing when I jump out from the jungle towards the main road. phew....there's a price to pay when you go too deep to get your price asset and Im lucky to escape

Im glad to know your slings are as healthy as ever and they are growing. nice clear snap there. how many total slings ur keeping at the moment?

I had a weird dream yesterday night. I was dreaming of hunting together with you guys in KL. I hope it wont be just a dream and I truly indeed need more kakis to get into the spot where I caught the 8.2mm, I dont want to be outnumbered when I bounce into those hisap dadah guys..

My house reno is finally completed and you guys are welcome to stay while hunting in KL. bro kim and bro buaya's fs really big man...i got green eye of how easily they can obtain such a size....and yes bro randy, I agree with your statement about how silly and lonely it can be when you have a sport car without a date not to mention hot....

I've got my feeding problem solved. the fs is feeding on lc worms daily thanks to bro Randy. I realised they are a better fighter when kept longer and fed on lc worms. some even turn to fierce chop like my Cheras & Kompany (use to be normal fighter). im currently keeping 16 ml and above fs (8 unamed and untested caught few days ago). hope to release some but with the frequent hunting that I do currently I doubt I can cut off the numbers. Its an obsession and addiction to hunt daily now.

I managed to take 2 fs on grid yesterday night after feeding time and 1 fight recorded. thats the most I can do because its already pass midnight when feeding time is over. the grid is 2mm per box, here are the pics (these are newly caught unamed)

i took out the fs yesterday afternoon and the uncle who is painting my house came close to look at what the heck are in those boxes. all the renovation workers wonder why I move my boxes here and there everyday and finally they have the chance to see whats in it. The indonesians laught at me and say why you play budak budak game (children's game). the painting uncle was surprise that there are still people keeping this hobby today. the electrician really wow me when he say those days the fs that he caught is double of bumble bee's size which is about 16mm....CAN U IMAGINE THAT??

Im willing to pay RM500-1k if someone sell me a 16mm fs..anyone? (not other breed)

how can you manage to take care of all the slings so well? it takes a lot of time to feed i guess and patient of course. how many hours you spend a day with these slings? I tried to get bumble bee on grid yesterday but he's too wild to stay still. when i get him to stay still (blowing technique), my camera was blocking me from blowing when i tried to take a pic and he ran again, took few photos (only can see shadows). hope for better luck today

Bro Randy, lets not forget all my fighters though big but fighting skill very jia lat one...saphire lost to golden force, thundercat and your mentor before

My only surprise came when I measure my small chop, anyone can tell me the real thing about this sudden transition? It doesnt look like it molted. I read through the forum and the only similar case is titan.

Dont exaggerate about my fs Bro Ricky, quantity means nothing and the quality of my fs always dont live up to its size furthermore you and humble bro Randy are my sifus and Im yet to learn the blind stance so how can i challenge the experience sifus.It was proven on many occasion your fs is a better fighter forget about bro Kim and bro buaya's fs, they are totally in a different league. It might take lots and lots of luck and hard work for a rock bottom team in division 2 to beat a team like Manchesther United or Chelsea.....The only wild card Im betting on is the rejuvenate Kompany but too bad his arm tip is broken...

Its tough luck for me too recently to acquire a decent ML, hunted on the weekend and only manage to get m sizes which was released
Bro Ura was right, it might be seasonal kind of thing, its really hot here and all the fs caught drinks more water than usual and I believe thats the reason why their growth are halted (not much water in the wild). other reason might be like what bro Ura mentioned, they are still young. I found lots of females with egg sags in their nest recently and no where near can I sight a sizeable male around them...

I've trimmed my fs a day ago to 6.. stout my probable 3rd King ran away (the housing is not glued properly...I was devastated).. without stout the chop blocker, I dont even stand a chance against Bro Randy's fs...you guys know how bad my fs do against chopper...had a few chopper but all 'lau sai' one..

No fight recorded but a few pics taken when I hunted on the weekends, quality not even close to bro Ura's skill. again, rock bottom team vs top team kinda result

Hi everyone,

Im really tired and upset throughout the weekend, thinking of the subsequent disaster that took a ride on me for the pass 2 weeks. Gf Got robbed in front of house, car break down on the eve of going to sg (took a different car to sg), kompany lost its arm tip, my best chop blocker ran away through loose net, Astro my newly caught chopster lost its leg when the housing cap fell on top of its body, bumble bee escape....thats not it, lost my autopass in sg and had to make a police report.....hmm, I hope it will stop there, plzz...cant take no more

My body gave up hunting plus the nagging from my gf about gho*t month, I think Im gonna stop hunting this month. Probably like bro
Seng say, they sometimes follow you thats why you 'soi'. didnt even dare to meet bro Ricky at our usual spot - cemetery....

Nevertheless, it was still a good outing to sg having to witness merlion fighting with other fs. Bro Kim really have many big fses. My only regret is I cant have bumble bee fighting with a same size.. .

Thanks for all the encouraging words bro Ricky & bro Ura. It wasn't your fault bro ricky,
it was me being too lazy too make some nice housing, instead
I put all my focus on hunting and couldn't be bothered about my lau yar
housing (u know how my housing look like, yours is the best among all my housings, lol)
I will learn my lesson and hopefully come back strong.

Bro Ura, I hope to be among the long arm owners soon but meanwhile I would like to show a pic of saphire,
my fs with the longest arm caught so far. keep on posting the long arms, I cant wait for this month to be over

suprisingly kompany seem getting stronger each day and show no sign of slowing down even after 3 months in captivity
the colour is more solid. lc chop & 4wd died the next day after fighting with him. looks like he has develop
a really strong venom..


can't wait for this month to end..

Wow, few days didnt log in got so many new members already. so many nice and exciting matches. wish i could be there too.

bro ricky, just let me know when u guys are coming. if got people go together im not scared to hunt. im gonna show you how venomous my kompany

has become. every spider who he fought will die the next day, even he lose also the spider will die..really surprises me how strong he has become.

my current team is all handicap now....

though kompany lost all the fights, his opponent died the next day and I hope no bro Ricky, turning to tarantula is a bit scary..
