on maintenance part, X1 should better coz BMW give 5 years ma..
fun to drive... its totally depends on you.. one's meat is other's poison.

may I know the normal cable come with 330e is how many feet long?

I didn't measure it but end to end is about the length of the car.

If your socket is out of reach with the standard cable, don't buy standard extension cord to extend it. Either buy a heavy duty extension which cost a bit or DIY an extension with good quality gauge power cable (16Amp or more), plug top and extension socket (MK brand will do).

The pin to attach the key to the leather case is missing. Anyone know where can i buy the pin?

just get my new f48 x1 on last saturday, when otw driving back to home, heard the "krok.krok krok" sound on right rear wheel side..at first i thought the car was new so it might be a while but after few more days the sound is worst and louder than before..so drove back the car to quill service centre and ask them check for me..after a test drive from them and they also heard the sound clearly..but the worst thing is they also dunno what is the problem ?? just told me it maybe bearing, absorber problem..and the most funny thing is they never face this problem before.my car is the 1st case..so i have to put my car at service centre for them to figure out the problem..

question to all the x1 owner, did u all facing the same problem like me before ? very sad now, a failure experience for my 1st time to get into conti cars..

my house f30 got similar but front side. no visit sc yet.

Hi guys, I am looking at used BMW F30-320i around year 2013 or 2014 selling at about 120-140k.

Is that good buy? I mean have to check the condition and so but will there be any major problem, repairing, replacement and etc?

I am okay with settling about 500 monthly for maintenance cost. Not sure how much I should be ready if there's major repairing and replacement.

My next question is, should I get a 2015 for about 160k which has car warranty til 2020 or a 2013 car around 110-120k but has no warranty.

What does the warranty covers?
