Of course it's different, common sense can tell. A slight variation in map will cause thousands of different play style.

But what I meant was it has scrap station's theme and not much creativity has put into it.

Well, in a way, the author is trying to simulate base clashes on a giant Battlecruiser, so there's no other better background / theme than having all these pew-pew-pews happen in space.

Download? Do you mean Jack Sparrow version?

SC? Do you mean Brood War or are you talking about SC2?

Not sure if this helps but you can purchase SC2 that is tied to the US region by pre-ordering a copy from Amazon.com.

Sekian, terima kasih.

I don't think so. We're all accepted into beta & I don't think Blizz is still sending beta invites now. Anyway, the release date is pretty near so I don't think it's gonna make much difference if you start now or wait for the release.

See you in SC2! wink.gif

Nope. It's not like we don't want, but we don't have the ability to.

Beta is down now anyway, so not much we can do even if we have invites to spare. biggrin.gif

Just another one month to go before release day.

Meanwhile, there are tonnes of sale on Steam to participate in.

no its the normal edition. It cost twice the amount of an original game. My wallet cried when i saw the amount. I though SEA editions are meant to be cheaper for us, not the other way around. If i can't afford it i might just have to wait for a guy to give up his copy for second hand price. Ill let you guys take the first step to buying it first, my wallet can't take the heartattack~

QUOTE
Some time ago, Blizzard announced on his official forum that the beta would resume in early July without giving any further detail on the alleged date. Today we learn that this beta would resume on July 1 for us and on June 27 for our Korean friends exclusively in their cybercafes PCBANG.

PCBANG is THE Korean cafe that was created in 1998. Used to play Starcraft, it is the rendezvous of the Korean players. Indeed, for the modest sum of one dollar per hour, players can train properly on quality computer. Small precision, PCBANG is not a chain of cybercafes but simply the name of cybercafes in Korea.

So with a note posted in all of Korea PCBANG we learn that the beta will resume in two days exclusively in their cafes. Otherwise, to play at home whether in Korea, Europe, or America, the public beta will resume on July 1. Date of resumption so ideal, since for many of us, it's the end of exams and summer vacation, and between sunbathe or play, you must choose! ( Krasnedit : On Canada's Day !!! f*** yeah [biggrin.gif] )

Last, for country granted landmark for StarCraft, the beta will be open for them until July 27th, the same day as the official release of the game and even beyond. As for us, we must be content with only about two weeks of play since it was posted on the official forums that the beta would close two weeks before finally leaving the game
Officials announce that beta will resume July 1, 2010. Blizzard also announce there will not be any major changes in phase 2.

Not possible as we have to register the serial number onto our battle.net account.

Unless someone willing to sell their b.net account which will violate EULA.

... but there will be some new features, i think no race balancing is involved, but i could be wrong, Blizz always like to make last minute changes.

No major changes probably implies there are minor changes.

Like they said, major features like cross-region might be implemented after official release.

Well, there are hardware that need to be upgraded & all sorts of minor tinkering + testing here & there. You have to take into account that the servers need to withstand major influx of players as compared to the puny number of beta testers it used to handle prior to the release.
