Hi , need some advices here.

I'm going Pulau Perhentian Kecil for 5 D 4 N with my gf. I plan to take 3 D 2 N packages which including
- Kuala Besut Jetty (return boat transfer by fast boat)
- welcome drink upon check-in
- 2 nights accommodation ( air conditions / hot shower ) Lily Chalet
- daily meals ( 2 breakfast, 2 lunch, 2 dinner )
- 2 snorkeling trips around Perhentian Islands
- snorkelin equipment ( mask, snorkel, life jacket, guide and boat during the trips )
- drinking water
- marine park conservation fund surcharge

Price : RM 420 x 2 person

Additional 2 night Rm 160 x 2.

My questions are :

1.) Is it a good deal ?
2.) I also got offer for Bubu Long Resort package also at ( 580 person & 220 additional per nite stay). Which one is better?
3.) is Lily Chalet a good stay? My friend told me their chinese food is the best in the Island.
4.) Is it safe to park at Kuala Besut Jetty , I' driving there so have to park my car there for 4 days.
5.) Is it safe to stay at Chalet? While we snorkeling or go out , how & where we going to keep our cash , handphone , wallet , car key ....
6.) Any other additional tips and hints regarding Perhentian trip.
