timed release means the effect come out slowly a bit by a bit, not at 1 shot all come out the effect. yep lipo6x is the advanced version of lipo6. but that does not mean lipo6 is not good.

for lipo6/lipo6x, u take twice a day: 1st time 30 mins before breakfast, 2nd time 30 mins before lunch. if u exercise in the morning or early afternoon say before 4pm, u may replace one of the serving to 30 mins before workout. take 2 capsules each time, with water.

i don't usually have my breakfast. i only drink coffee or milo. do i need to take the pill? my lunch usually will be 12-1pm, dinner will be 8-10pm and my work out time will be 7pm to 9pm+

in this case u take before your lunch only. this product works well if combine with frequent exercise (say 4 times a week) and proper diet.
