losing 5kg in a week is possible if u carry a lot of water weight. which means the 5kg u lose is mainly water weight, as far as how much body fat u lose, is depending on your diet and exercise. to lose 5kg in a day with fat burner supplement, imo its impossible.

for protein powder its best to take after exercise, 1-2 servings. if u want to take more servings, u can take it between meals as a snack.
