for the lipo6, there is another version i heard is lipo6 x right? what is the different between lipo6 and lipo6 x?

if the effect of burning fat longer compare to lipo6, so isn't lipo6x is better?

i don't usually have my breakfast. i only drink coffee or milo. do i need to take the pill? my lunch usually will be 12-1pm, dinner will be 8-10pm and my work out time will be 7pm to 9pm+

work out also not always. twice a week.
