Those config tweaks helped a bit but my framerate is still crap, mw2 is so much smoother than BO.

Finally finished the SP yesterday. I must admit despite the slow start in the beginning; the story is quite thrilling. About the lags though, pre-patch it was totally unplayable. Right now, I have to put in low-medium graphic config to avoid the lag. Really, the person who did the optimization for the game seems to have his face stuck to a filing cabinet

mp runs smoothly for me.
60 fps max

Wow same spec..
but i only using saphire HD5670

not so smooth

plesae be reminded that the patch didn't really fix all the lag, there are actually still micro lag where the screen will lag ... even my spec also not playing super smooth like MW2 ...

Agree..even after patch there still lag in certain mission. For SP, personally MW2 more enjoy in terms the story, the gameplay and replayable. BO mission very kelam kabut...have to short everywhere and running...no time to think..Also Spec Op in MW2 much better than zombie (BO).

wat resolution u use to play MP?

Promod involves aim down sight even at those ranges ;p

I used the Grip attachment, it's hilarious with sleight of hand to replace steady aim.

Anyone see any difference at all between Graphic settings: Extra - High - Medium

I don't see bullcrap at all.
I'm on i7-920, HD5870.
Treyarch giving fake settings? BO graphics lower than MW2 imo.

Textures are hilariously pixellated at anything other than Extra on textures.

i use 1280 x 1024 oh.
5 year old dell 17 inch non wide.

5670 quite good but powerful enough i guess.
